Description

Provide on-site (business hours) support for CSCS systems.

Coordinate across IT teams and business to respond to system/user incidents and requests in accordance with established SLAs.

Lead the other support resources and coordinate/manage incident and request responses.

Analyze Media business needs and application software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time, cost, and other constraints.

Determine system performance standards and ensure continued adherence to these standards.

Improve communication between Business and IT

Lead resources in the solution development for Media Content Supply Chain Services Applications Software - Xytech MediaPulse, RightsLogic, Nesbit Media Library System, Pikolo Incident Tracker, and integrations with downstream systems (Anvato Media Content Platform (MCP), Media Asset Management (MAM), MediaGenix, Gracenote & MAM Checkmarks, etc.)

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more Media business processes, technology practices and translate business cases into detailed technical designs, provide estimates, conduct design, and code reviews, will act as a stream lead to guide team members to ensure seamless delivery

Co-ordinate with vendors and other teams involved in activities including process orientation, knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer of existing or new process implementation.

Modify existing Media Supply Chain Services applications software to customize and correct errors, allow them to integrate with downstream systems, or to improve their performance.

Responsible for Plan, Schedule and track development of enhancements using agile methodology.

Develop and direct Media applications software testing and validation procedures, and refine standard operating procedures documentation

Responsible for operational and technical issues of Media Supply Chain Services applications software and integrations with downstream systems (Anvato Media Content Platform (MCP), Media Asset Management (MAM), Gracenote & MAM Checkmarks, etc.)

Perform diagnosis of functional interruptions, data, and system integrations

Coordinate Media business applications software installation and monitor functioning to ensure specifications are met.

Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

Identify, plan and implement applications software/ process improvements and proactively find ways to bring more stability into Client environment

Serve as main driver of client relationship and project communication to stakeholders, participate in quality, productivity reviews including periodic status, metrics reporting to stakeholders

Supervise the work of programmers and support personnel.

.Net (c#), T-SQL, and PL-SQL coding advanced experience.
