Description

Must-Have Skills:
14+ years of backend development experience using Java
Previous experience working with ADP systems (MANDATORY)
Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices
Expertise in REST API development and integration
Experience with relational & non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git)
Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Agile/Scrum experience with cross-functional teams
