Sr. IT Principal Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the cloud engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud solutions.
2. Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Develop and implement cloud strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.
5. Engage with clients to present cloud solutions, address technical concerns, and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
6. Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
7. Work closely with product management to define and prioritize features and enhancements.
8. Oversee the integration of cloud solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
9. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in cloud deployments.
10. Proven experience in pre-sales, solution, Estimation, and stakeholder engagement.
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
12. Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
13. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology and business needs.
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
15. Demonstrated success in a leadership role, managing and coaching engineering teams
