Experience working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Experience with micro-learning preferably through Axonify
Experience creating voiceover using AI platform, Wellsaid, etc.
Responsibilities

Writing training plan, including key learning points, video scripts, and reinforcement questions for assigned departments
Sending training plan for SME review
Updating training plans per SME feedback
Gathering assets from our marketing asset repository, Lowes.com, etc.
Creating training video in Adobe Premiere Pro, using b-roll, gathered assets, and AI voiceover
Sending video for SME review
Updating video per SME feedback
Other tasks as assigned
Scope for Request

**portfolios are welcome but not required for submittals**
Team is working in Lowe's stores
Working on training for those roles
Onboarding content for associates
Experience with Adobe Premier Articulate storyline
Detail oriented
Fast paced environment
Will be able to provide feedback and suggestions on design
Create detailed design docs & storyboards
Turning that info into training content
