Sr. IAM Engineer/Architect

As an Identity and Access Management Engineer you will Designs, develop, and operate applications and processes that deliver the companies Identity and Access Management initiatives supporting both internal and external teams. As part of our Agile delivery teams you will be responsible for  planning, developing, executing, monitoring and maintaining our identity systems both internally developed and externally integrated. As a champion of security and identity, you will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for ensuring our identity strategy and implementation meets the needs of our customers and meets or exceeds industry and governmental standards. You should be at ease working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in which developing and cultivating partnerships with multifunctional teams is key to long term success. A  start-up mindset is required as we are always looking for creative  ways to take on problems and increase the overall quality of our products.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Strong experience in IAM or other Cybersecurity related fields
• Strong   hands on engineering and architecture experience.
• Deep experience with Identity and Access Management concepts such as authentication, authorization, multi-factor authentication, and federation
• Experienced with Identity as a Service solutions such as FusionAuth, Okta, Microsoft, One Login, and Ping
• Strong understanding of federation technologies such as SAML, WS-FED, OAuth and OpenID Connect
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management
• Experienced with Identity and Access Governance solutions such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and Oracle Identity Manager
• Experience with cryptography, encryption and related data protection concepts and technologies.
• Experience with Postgres/SQL, database design, and modern cloud languages and scripting
