  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, backgrounds, reports, and other personnel matters through the HR Service Center (myHR).
  • Facilitate background checks for AVP-level promotions, focal promotions, executives, including internal time sensitive project backgrounds.
  • Act as a liaison and resource for the Global Talent Acquisition team regarding our background check procedures and policy.
  • Support audit processes (gathering data, etc. for government reporting, including EEOC, AAP, VETS, Pay Data submissions and other audits).
  • Oversee the Workday Inbox for transfers, job changes, promotions, off-cycle compensation changes, off-cycle stock grants, cost center changes, and location adjustments.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on departmental needs.


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, particularly with Workday, ServiceNow, and First Advantage or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of government reporting requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
