Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support by manually debugging and troubleshooting existing .Net / MVC / SQL Server 2008-2019 applications.
Maintain and enhance application systems, programs, and software components to meet enterprise needs of moderate to high complexity.
Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
Ensure smooth application operation by resolving connectivity, access, performance, storage, and data retrieval issues.
Utilize tools like dnSpy and Visual Studio for debugging and troubleshooting.
Work with Jira Service Desk for tracking issues and managing production incidents.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of hands-on experience working for US-based companies.
2+ years of insurance industry experience (strong plus).
Strong expertise in Full Stack .NET / SQL Server 2008-2019 production engineering.
Extensive experience in manual debugging and troubleshooting of web-based applications in production.
Proficiency in maintaining and enhancing existing applications built on .NET frameworks, including:
.NET 4.0/3.5/2.9, MVC 4.0 - 5.0, Asp.Net Core 2.0
Kendo UI, ADO.Net 4.0/3.5/2.0/1.1, LINQ, Entity Framework
C#, N-Tier architecture, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
WCF, WPF, ASP.Net Web Forms & MVC, State Management, Caching
MS SQL Server 2008-2019, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Joins, Tables, Functions
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different systems and codebases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience resolving critical production issues related to connectivity, access, performance, storage, and data retrieval.
Jira Service Desk experience is a plus
