Sr. Full Stack Python Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom analytical software that solves complex business problems.
• Implement decision systems that improve the use of analytics at our Media Networks.
• Partner with Decision Science teams to integrate data science advancements into end-to-end solutions.
• Partner with Data and Technology teams to establish scalable, efficient, automated data processes.
• There is a possibility that there could be an option to convert to a permanent Cast Member.

Basic Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum five years of software development experience.
• Minimum three years of experience developing with Python.
• Experience working with the Django framework.
• Full-stack web development experience.
• Experience with React JS.
• Experience writing Rest APIs.
• Experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• Minimum two years of experience writing SQL queries.
• Experience with MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Experience working on AWS or other cloud platform.
• Experience working with complex and large volumes of data.
• Excellent problem-solving, design, and development skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a strong team environment.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with the Django Rest Framework.
• Experience working with Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with media networks or analytics systems.
• Familiarity with other emerging technologies and tools.

Required Education:    

• Bachelor of Science.
