Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the product managers, designers and other developers to define, enhance and deliver on our product roadmap.
  • Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews).
  • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design.
  • Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.
  • Perform code reviews.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with Unit Test, Mock, Test Driven Development etc.
  • Ability to perform system-wide root cause analyses and drive improvements.
  • Proficient in MySQL and relational database design.
  • Familiar with Git – merging, branching, etc.
  • Practical knowledge of object oriented programming.
  • Ability to perform system-wide root cause analyses and drive improvements.
  • Fluent in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScrip.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information effectively to both IT and business audiences.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years experience with full stack web development, preferably with B2C applications.
  • Experience with Vue 3, AWS serverless computing, AWS Lambda and Cloudflare is a major plus.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with or passion for blockchains, NFTs cryptocurrency and other decentralized technologies.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field.
