Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and engage with Engineering Colleges, Universities, and Arts & Science Colleges to promote technical training and placement support services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers like Placement Officers, HoDs, and Principals.
  3. Conduct presentations and workshops to demonstrate offerings.
  4. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through strategic client acquisition.
  5. Maintain and update sales pipelines, prepare reports, and provide market feedback.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  1. Strong understanding of the education and training ecosystem.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
