Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ETL development with IBM DataStage and working with Oracle databases.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in IBM DataStage, including parallel job design, job sequence, and metadata management.
Strong SQL skills for querying and managing Oracle databases.
Knowledge of PL/SQL and other scripting languages as needed.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
