Responsibilities:
·        Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to sales, marketing, customer service, and other areas of customer engagement.
·        Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient solutions using Dynamics #365 CE that meet the client s business needs. Create functional design documents, including configuration, customization, and integration requirements.
·        Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE to implement the designed solutions. This may include entity customization, business process flow design, workflow automation, and UI customization.
·        Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.
·        Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the implemented solutions meet quality standards and fulfill the business requirements.
·        Training and User Adoption: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Create training materials and documentation as needed.
·        Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and performing regular system updates and patches.
·        Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CE. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance system performance, and optimize user experience
