10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R; extensive experience with Snowflake, Alteryx, Azure, Git and business intelligence tools.
Strong proficiency with client-side web data collection scripting such as Google Tag Manager, Salesforce WebSDK or similar.
Strong familiarity with digital marketing concepts (cookies, pixels, CAPI, campaign optimization and targeting) and privacy and compliance laws preferred.
Strong familiarity with GA4 data model preferred.
Advanced understanding of database design, data modeling, and data quality assurance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage small project teams and provide mentorship to junior members
