* Use SQL, join tables, and pull out information from multiple databases and sources within FT.
* Should have the knack to discover the data, analyze it, and provide solutions.
* BA should possess financial knowledge as data can be related to multiple fields within the financial world.
* Good communication skills.
* Technical skills (Knowledge of database servers, SQL, SQL queries).
* Requirement elicitation, and interaction with Technical and Business stakeholders
