What you will do

Developing intelligent, insightful reporting on the key drivers of our business and our ability to orchestrate customer success 

Partnering with internal stakeholders across Data Operations Center ecosystem and disciplines to share findings from deep dive analysis, particularly opportunities for quality improvements and cost savings

Present recommendations to leadership that drive improvement of the data quality customer experience and overall health of Data Operations Center operations 

Drive effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format

Partner with internal teams on enterprise growth initiatives by providing pro-active analysis and recommendations that align to Operations initiatives 

Demonstrate leadership capabilities to junior team members

Collaborating with Operations Management teams to implement solutions that enrich customer experience


What experience you need

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required

5+ years’ of experience in technical data analysis and reporting

Data Wrangling, Data Visualization, Data Analysis. Tableau certification is a plus.

Proficient in data visualization tools including Tableau and Looker Studio.

Consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Atlanta-based office

Any Graduate
