The role:

As our next Sr. Data Analyst – Adobe, you will have:

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Should be able to build Web Analytics KPIs, Technical Requirements and setting up different analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM) for different business partners.
  • Should be well versed with Adobe Target to design, execute, and optimize personalized digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Has experience to develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and segmentation strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyse data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and personalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to implement targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and optimization.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Have experience in tag managers such as Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium etc.
  • Tool expertise needed: Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch

 

A bit about you:

  • Basic JS, HTML and CSS understanding
  • Proficient with Adobe suite and MS Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills desired.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with optimism.
  • Comfortable with remote video collaboration tools e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.
