Lead application  from TAS to OpenShift
Design and implement DevOps pipelines and CI/CD automation
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration & support
Mentor junior engineers and lead knowledge transfer sessions
 You Bring:
10+ years in software development/architecture
Strong hands-on with Java, .NET, Angular
Experience with TAS, OpenShift, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Helm
Understanding of load balancing strategies (RoundRobin, Topology, Canary)
Bonus: Financial Services experience and cloud/DevOps certifications
