SR. BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the vision of the Global IT team
- Assist with product requirements
- Translate abstract requirements into technical user stories
- Collaborate with Product Manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Communicate with internal/external teams to understand business situation and key topics of concern
- Support engineering team in developing technology from UI to database
- Articulate technical solutions to end-users
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business or team performance
- Provide support to teams for data, reports, or tools inquiries
- Resolve product-related problems and make decisions in line with strategic goals
- Partner with Product Manager and Scrum Master to resolve business issues
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, Developers, and cross-functional team on Sprint Planning
- Maintain system protocols and prepare detailed documentation
- Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst
- Experience with web-based enterprise applications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer, business or music related field
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- 5+ years with Figma, Lucid Charts or similar prototyping and diagramming tools
- 5+ years of Postman or similar testing tools
- Proficiency with Atlassian suite
- 5+ years of project administration, ability to streamline business processes through automation
- Understanding of cloud provider services in both AWS and Azure

- Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a SCRUM team, has led as a SCRUM Master, or has PSM/CSM certification
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and concepts such as Agile, SAFE, scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- A Kaizen mindset
