Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to identify, document, and develop requirements for APIs and API consumers.
  • Develop test cases for automated test suites and maintain documentation to support API initiatives.
  • Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements from initial phases through final implementation, ensuring they meet all standards.
  • Troubleshoot, coordinate, and maintain production systems, applications, and programs.
  • Assist with project status reports, tracking, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Implement efficient processes and deliverables to reduce the project lifecycle time.
  • Work closely with application support and development teams to address software bugs and escalated issues.
  • Lead the resolution of issues with interfacing systems built on different technologies.
  • Facilitate regular project status reviews to ensure smooth communication.
  • Convert high-level user requirements into detailed user stories for development.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing tasks in upcoming sprints.
  • Lead design sessions with the product team to develop clear communication and deliverables.
  • Develop communication materials and lead efforts around product priorities and roadmaps.
  • Ensure product readiness and acceptance at key delivery phases.


Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in API development, including developing requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites.
  • Solid understanding of Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
  • Strong technical expertise to apply relevant technical processes to meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with management, staff, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quality results within time constraints.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety, security, and data protection for self and others.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Strong customer focus and experience in customer service roles.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
