Roles & Responsibility

 

As a business systems analyst on the Web Development Team you will work on a fast paced, innovative, and collaborative team supporting initiatives across the financial services product lifecycle, from quote to claims. This newly formed team will develop digital capabilities for advisors and customers.

The Web Development Team will consist of a full complement of roles necessary for effective digital product delivery – technical lead, business analysts, developers, and software development engineers & testers

Experience within financial services industry

Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)

 

Requirements

 

Life Insurance experience is a must

·      Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.

•            10+ years of business analyst experience.

•            Excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, requirement gathering, and planning skills with cross-functional teams.

•            Special combination of technical skill and business acumen, along with a high degree of confidence.

•            Logical reasoning and deduction skills (ability to connect the dots).

•            Skilled in applying judgment to balance process compliance with the achievement of business objectives.

•            Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

•            Outcome-oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details.

•            Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly.

•            Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.

•            Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizations

 
Nice to have skill
