- Engage with business team members as directed by the IT PMO to understand and document current processes as well as collect, document, and communicate new requirements related to enhancements and projects. Work with IT team members (technical systems analysts, developers & admins) to clarify requirements and support development and testing of IT solutions. This will include documenting business requirements, test scripts, creating training materials, and ensuring all other required project documentation is prepared & captured. Lastly, working with business & IT team members to ensure changes are appropriately communicated and successfully deployed.
Perform tasks and duties to include, but not limited to, the following:
- Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions within assigned IT projects or system enhancements.
- Gather and document flows / processes to standardize operating procedures.
- Engage with business members and technical system analysts to create business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform due diligence, as required, to ensure business requirements will meet the objectives of the business in the most efficient manner.
- Work with developers to ensure documented requirements are understood and support delivery of accurate IT solutions.
- Assist team members with creating & documenting test scripts and coordinating SIT and UAT.
- Work with various team members, IT, and Business SMEs to create and update training materials.
- Ensure all documentation is properly captured, reviewed, approved, and maintained as each project or system enhancement passes through the software development life cycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst focused on IT projects.
- Experience with Supply Chain Systems (e.g., WMS, WCS, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent skills with Microsoft project suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Vizio, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g.: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet)
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g.: Zephyr)
