Description

Required:

-7+ years of development experience

-Web services and cross system communication protocols and experience integrating telephony systems to other computer systems (example: SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST, etc)

-Interactive Voice Response (IVR) experience

-Knowledge/experience of PBX architecture, telecommunication network services and contact center systems

-Experience interpreting and troubleshooting SIP based VoIP traffic, and integration of SIP telephony systems

- Working knowledge/experience with Genesys Cloud.
