Experience installing Alteryx on Citrix VDI. This is a technical role providing post-sales guidance / support of Alteryx Designer and Server platforms as well as TRIFACTA products and related technologies to the customer.

Responsibilities:
Lead conversations about reporting, analytics, and data science trends and emerging changes that every customer needs to be aware of
Interact Remotely with customers in a professional, confident manner
Remain up to date on the latest Alteryx solutions and products and maintain familiarity and adherence to all company methods and procedures.
Proactively lead the process to define and implement new Analytics capabilities within your customer’s environment n alignment with the Customer Success plan.
Leverage knowledge of a domain, industry, or Alteryx Solutions to increase Alteryx's credibility primarily in post-sales situations.
May work on consulting projects and special projects as assigned by your customer; acts as technical lead on projects as assigned by you customer
Deliver standard, customized and/or strategic services outlining the functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits of the Alteryx solutions as they apply to customer needs.
Participate in product and solution training to acquire and maintain a detailed level of product knowledge of core components of Alteryx offerings and assigned solution areas, how each solution addresses business challenges, competitive information to identify how our solution stands apart, and what challenges/limitations may be encountered.
Communicate via phone, email and web meetings with customers and partners regarding all aspects of services delivery with Alteryx
Build deep technical enablement and training materials for your customer to understand the latest features, how they work, their value, and customer integration.
Maintain knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services, how your customer leverages them, and how Alteryx integrates.
Work proactively with Systems Engineers and other technical experts to strategize on opportunities for cross-training and knowledge transfer within your customer.

Qualifications:
Experience as a Professional Services Engineer or consultant.
College degree, 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role including technical support, presales, or consulting.
Aptitude for Data Analytics (i.e., Alteryx technology, architecture, and resources)
Ability to have deep conversations with Enterprise Architects and Engineers to scope and deliver services in the enterprise.
Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of different database structures
Strong communication with users, sponsors, and stakeholders to determine evolving needs.
Exceptional ability to listen, assess and document information from partners and account teams.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and continuously re-prioritize while fixing critical issues as they are raised. But you won’t wait for them to be raised, you’ll seek them out.

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience with Alteryx Designer workflow construction and optimization
Experience with traditional RDBMS databases and/or NoSQL databases
Virtualization support – VMware, AWS, Azure, Google
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and administration

Desired Skills/Experience:
Experience with Alteryx Server deployment and configuration
DBA Skills/Metadata management
Experience with C++, Python, or other procedural languages
