Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and formulate a pragmatic blueprint for enterprise AI platform solution and subsequent development using Deep learning with a cross-functional team of talented engineers, Motivated self-learner
  • Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient AI based solutions for business problems
  • Implement best practices in coding, collaborating and maintaining code repositories
  • Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of AI platforms
  • Provide real time knowledge transfer to the team on the Requirements based on client facing meetings and white boarding workshops
  • Help in writing a comprehensive proposal with the help of the other engineers on the project
  • Work in an agile environment based on the defined sprint backlogs to deliver the assigned work in the stipulated timelines.
  • Adhere to software development best practices and coding standards in all work products and participate in the refinement of those practices and standards to improve quality and productivity
  • Work collaboratively with a cross functional team of engineers under the guidance of an AI platform lead

 

Required skills

  • Very strong engineering degree (Graduate/Masters) in Computer Science/or other engineering discipline from top tier schools. 
  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years on live industry projects at enterprise level. 
  • Extremely strong in Machine Learning and Deep learning fundamental & advanced concepts and should be able to code/implement the same.
  • Domain expertise of atleast one or more of the following domains: NLP, Computer Vision, Cyber Security (Data Science).
  • Extremely strong in Python Programming, Tensor flow/Keras or PyTorch and other relevant Python Libraries for AI (Scikit learn, NLTK, Scipy, etc.).  Scale of 8/9 on 10. 
  • Extremely Strong ability to perform EDA, manipulate data using Pandas/Numpy and other python libraries, should be able to support all data munging and cleansing activities.  
  • Strong ability to present data analysis and findings to the business stakeholders and suggest solutions 
  • Very strong experience building NLP models using Transformer based Deep Learning architectures
  • Very strong exposure and experience with LLMs, Prompt engineering, instruction based few shot learning, different approaches of fine-tuning and knowledge of training LLM models.
  • Very strong Experience with deploying custom LLM models instances, evaluation of different LLMs for business specific tasks
  • Very strong experience in building RAG based business solutions using LLMs
  • Very strong experience in building Conversational AI chat bots using tools like LangChain
  • Experience in working in Agile methodology in a very high-performance coding environment with high level of automation desirable 
  • Extremely adept at object-oriented programming in Python 
  • Knowledge on CI-CD patterns of delivery and enterprise solution that uses Microservices, API’s and Docker containers is a big plus

Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Django/Flask based API’s, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc. Transformer based Deep Learning architectures, any LLM(s), Conversational AI with LangChain Code Management: Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, etc. Operating System: Mac, Linux, Windows Cloud Technologies: comfortable with Google Cloud, AWS and Azure
