Description

The Agile PM, with AI experience, is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. PM will have the chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel as well as form a dream team of experts for each project to maximize resources and efficiency. PM’s problem-solving and leadership skills are highly valuable to the company’s success.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Agile projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. 
  • Develop comprehensive Agile project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. 
  • Monitor Agile project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. 
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. 
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes. 
  • Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors. 
  • Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom-line impact 
  • Work with product owner in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities that help them succeed in their business goals. 
  • Work closely with engineering team distributed globally to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. 
  • Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. 
  • Project management - Agile Metrics driven approach have practiced, prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Mentor and onboard members of the core team as needed. 
  • Ensure customer service is provided in a timely fashion. 
  • Assist in the test strategy and execution of master test plan. 

 

Job Skills & Qualifications 

Required/Primary: 

  • Total 12+ years of experience in IT industry 
  • 8 + years of Agile Program Management experience in a technology-oriented organization including development work and interactions with customers 
  • Managed at-least one AI Project
  • Technical knowledge on .Net technology stack 
  • Proven track record of leading global teams to meet project objectives and timeline with quality 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing solutions. Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals. 
  • Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies. 

Preferred/Secondary: 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 
  • Azure DevOps 
  • GitHub 
  • Knowledgeable on Databases  
  • Knowledgeable on Logistics, Supply Chain Managements systems
