YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• Minimum 6 years directly related engineering experience in the design, development, manufacture, and/or test of gas turbine engines or similarly complex mechanical systems.
WE VALUE:
• Working knowledge of gas turbine engine maintenance procedures preferred.
• Firsthand knowledge of the TPE331 turboprop engine is a plus.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills required to establish constructive working relationships with internal/external customers, and suppliers.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and prioritize time and resources effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage customers both internal and external.
• Demonstrated ability to with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to accomplish technical objectives under strict schedule constraints, including risk assessment, problem solving, decision making, motivation.
• Ability to investigate broad, complex, and ambiguously defined challenges, rally team consensus around the scope and approach to resolution and lead the team to resolution.
• Capability to facilitate interpersonal relationships and resolve conflicts tactfully and effectively within Honeywell and externally with suppliers and customers.
• Ability to promote customer satisfaction with capability to establish strong business and personal relationships with customers and suppliers (internal and external)
• Ability to escalate effectively with leadership and cross-functionally across the organization.
