SQL Server Developer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write Efficient and Accurate SQL Queries:
Focus on developing SQL queries that are both efficient and accurate to support
application data retrieval and manipulation.

2. Create and Maintain Stored Procedures:
Develop complex stored procedures to automate business logic and enhance database-
driven application performance.

3. Write and Debug SQL Functions and Triggers:
Develop functions and triggers to handle complex logic in database operations and
ensure business rules are enforced within the database.

4. ETL Process Development:
Design and manage Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes using SQL Server
Integration Services (SSIS) or other ETL tools, ensuring data integration from multiple
sources.

5. SQL Jobs Management:
Schedule and manage SQL Server Agent jobs to automate routine tasks, data
imports/exports, and maintenance activities.

6. Collaborate with Development Teams:
Work closely with software developers to integrate SQL queries, stored procedures, and
ETL processes into applications and ensure database-driven features are optimized.

7. Query Performance Optimization:
Analyze slow-running queries, optimize them for performance, and apply indexing
techniques to improve efficiency.

8. Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database structures, stored
procedures, SQL jobs, and ETL workflows
