SQL Server DBA

What you need:

·       8 - 10 years of Database Administration experience, preferably in financial services

·       A demonstrated proficiency in supporting the database platform of a large organization.

·       Flexibility to support the operations of our businesses 24/7

·       A bachelor’s degree in computer science / Information Technology or equivalent experience

·       Experience in SQL 2016/2019/2022 database management and related products from Microsoft including PowerShell, Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server and desktop operating systems.

·       Prior experience with SQL Clustering, Strong Transact-SQL & SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services

·       (SSIS) knowledge, Replication, Performance Tuning, Backup and recovery methods, Log shipping, Database Mirroring, Database capacity planning, and Users and Role creation and monitoring.

·       Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in a live environment.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to users.

·       Expert knowledge and in-depth experience with the Microsoft platform and the following technologies:

·       Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
