1. Design and Implement efficient data migration strategy from Oracle to SQL Server
2. Analyze and understand existing Oracle schema , data structures and relationships across tables.
3. Develop and maintain scripts for data transformation and loading.
4. Ensure data consistency , accuracy and integrity during migration
5. Document the data mappings , transformation and migration process
6. Conduct data validation and reconciliation between source and target databases.
7. Hands on experience with migration to SQL Server database from any relational database ( Preference if migration is done from Oracle)
