SQL Architect

They need to bring someone new in with different expertise. Current team does not have bandwidth and no experience with designing/implementing a
data warehouse. 
They currently do a lot of stored procedures for custom web apps to access the T-SQL database and pull data.
They need someone with Power BI, SSRS, SSAS experience to come in and find a way to get the data out in a normalized fashion to they can pull that data into
flat tables and use for robust reporting (Financial reports, demographic, membership, payments from unions and political contribution reports).
Must have solid skills w/ dimensions & fact tables too.
Candidate will be there for 1 year to do analysis, review, planning & implementation...then will need to help train the team. 
They can stay on for additional time if they also have solid SQL development skills.
I'm sure their database is a mess after speaking with Tim about it further, so need someone analytical who can figure out how to pull the data correctly from
all over the place.
Still 100% onsite in Annapolis, MD and must be US Citizen.
