Application Portfolio Management (APM) / Project Portfolio Management (PPM) /
Technology Portfolio Management (TPM).
Including applications (Demand Management, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning Workspace,
Resource Management Financial Management and Project Management).
Hands-on experience in scripting like Client Scripts, UI Policy, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions,
Workflow/Flow and ACLs along with Performance Analytics.
Experience in Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON and Scripted Web Services) with 3rd party tools.
Strong consulting skills to engage with customers during discovery workshops
ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM with CSDM & CMDB.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification recommended.
