This position is responsible for maintaining existing Splunk processes, creating enhancements to the current environment, and work cross functionally with the Infrastructure and Automation Engineering (IAE) team to train the engineers on best practices, admin work, incident management, and general Splunk knowledge. This includes working from a scrum-based backlog to address backlog requests and feature enhancements in three week sprint intervals. Engineers are expected to interact with business stakeholders to ensure the Bank’s technology requirements are being met. The work will also include making performance, security, and platform updates to existing Splunk processes in both the on prem and SaaS versions of Splunk.

- 3 to 5+years developing in Splunk on-prem and/or Splunk SaaS - They're looking for a SME level resource.
- Splunk Cloud Certified Administrator
- Hands on work in one or more cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Experience in reading/understanding code (Python/Powershell).
- Experience using YAML, JSON, and APIs programmatically.
