Responsibilities:

Cloud Governance and Strategy

Develop, implement, and manage governance frameworks for Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and industry standards.
Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for cloud platform usage, resource management, security, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the governance model, operating principles, and accountability structures.
Compliance and Security

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and best practices, including data protection, identity and access management, and network security.
Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure the implementation of robust security controls and monitor ongoing risks in cloud environments.
Conduct periodic audits and assessments of cloud operations to identify and address governance gaps.
Platform Management and Optimization

Monitor cloud consumption, resource utilization, and SaaS subscriptions to provide actionable insights for cost management and optimization.
Define and implement tagging strategies and policies for effective tracking of cloud resources and spend.
Oversee multi-cloud operations to ensure consistent practices across Azure and AWS environments.
Collaboration and Enablement

Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and legal, to ensure alignment with governance goals.
Act as a governance advisor to application owners and development teams to enable secure and compliant use of cloud resources.
Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance practices.
Tooling and Automation

Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools for cloud governance, cost management, and compliance monitoring.
Leverage automation to enhance governance processes, including provisioning, policy enforcement, and reporting.
Requirements

7+ years of experience in cloud governance, cloud architecture, or cloud operations, with a focus on Azure and AWS.
Experience with SaaS governance, including subscription management and vendor compliance.
Deep understanding of Azure and AWS platforms, including governance tools like Azure Policy, AWS Organizations, and IAM.
Familiarity with SaaS management platforms and tools.
Proficient in monitoring and optimization tools such as Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer, or third-party solutions.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and CIS benchmarks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence decisions.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
