Responsibilities:

1) Requirement Gathering

Lead dynamic & interactive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders throughout the enterprise, leveraging findings and recommendations from Analytics, User Experience, and Development teams.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner comprehensible to developers and project teams.
Prepare documentation for end users and drive adoption for new features.
2) Data Analysis

Help establish an analytical framework for the team: partner with product and engineering teams to define measurement approaches, quantify and evaluate success metrics, develop KPIs, and guide tracking efforts for ongoing measurement and reporting.
Perform Market analysis, Deep-dive analysis, customer-centric data analysis, data visualization, segmentation, and predictive modeling methods to find opportunities and drive decision-making.
Mentor junior staff by effectively delegating the tasks and ensuring on-time delivery of the project at hand.
Manipulate/mine data from database tables (MySQL, Oracle) using SQL and Python/ Power Query/ Advanced Excel.
Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on data analysis and possessing exceptional communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with multiple data sets.
Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask.
Should be available to support US operations from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
