Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Specialist located in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for purely sourcing. Does not include any outreach including calling, email or LinkedIn.

1+ years of experience in sourcing using Jobboards like dice, monster, Careerbuilder, Indeed and Linkedin

Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).

Ability to follow sourcing instructions to avoid bad results in sourcing output
