Your Impact

As our Solutions Architect, you'll be key in crafting high-performance systems. Your role will involve designing architectures that harness the power of modern technologies, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. By creating strategic solutions and supporting our development team, you'll enhance application performance and data insights, driving innovation and helping our clients achieve their business objectives.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the BFSI domain. 
Design end-to-end architectures leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, Kubernetes orchestration, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development. 
Implement scalable microservices architectures and containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker. 
Utilize design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, microservices) to ensure modular, maintainable, and extensible solutions. 
Architect real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka for event-driven architectures and message queuing. 
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance, scalability, and data integrity. 
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. 
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide recommendations to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines. 
Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines, ensure infrastructure as code (IaC) principles, and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. 
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to BFSI and fintech domains.

You'll Thrive If You Have

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within the BFSI domain, with a strong focus on designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions. 
Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including compute, storage, networking, and security services. 
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management. 
Proficiency in Flutter for developing cross-platform mobile applications. 
Strong understanding of software design patterns, microservices architectures, and RESTful APIs. 
Experience architecting real-time data processing solutions using Kafka and event-driven architectures. 
Expertise in designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data modelling. 
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 
Relevant certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Architect, Kubernetes Administrator, or Flutter Developer Certification are a plus.
