Solution Architect Overview

Customer Onboarding: We are signing up a new customer to onboard to our SAP EWM platform. They will also require P2P and O2C workflows to manage the procurement and sales processes.
Focus Areas: O2C and P2P will be the focus as we haven't implemented these as part of an EWM customer before.
Integration: Key focus will be ensuring all the SAP and non-SAP applications work together effectively.
Scalability: The model needs to be able to onboard future customers as configuration.
Responsibilities

Business Requirements: Review and assess business requirements for a new customer implementation in SAP S4.
Solution Design: Design and document the solution across the SAP platform, including phone/email management and integration with the customer portal and third parties.
Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between the requirements and the existing SAP solution and architect robust solutions.
Solution Strategy Artifacts: Create SAP solution strategy artifacts, such as Solution Architecture documents, Application Process flows, Integration architecture, Technical specifications, and Security Architecture.
Alignment with SAP Roadmap: Drive alignment of SAP system components with SAP’s latest roadmap and best practices to optimize performance.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential business and technical risks.
Security Best Practices: Ensure security best practices are upheld to protect business data.
Governance and Compliance: Promote SAP governance and compliance with industry standards.
Qualities

Experience: A proven track record of delivering SAP projects and relevant business experience.
Expertise: Strong expertise across the SAP suite, including S/4HANA, EWM, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and BTP Integration.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Collaboration: Work with SAP functional leads and Business Analysts to ensure architecture artifacts they produce are accurately translated into functional and technical requirements.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Supply Chain and 3/4PL warehousing solutions.
Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset with the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
