Position Overview: The Solution Architect identifies and defines technical requirements for solutions in development, ensuring consistency across all applications and services. The role emphasizes creating robust, scalable, open, and secure architectures.

Key Requirements:

Experience in enterprise architecture design and consulting, with a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Expertise in cloud architecture design, including methodologies and practices for mobile applications and websites.
Experience planning and participating in system integration activities for microservices-based solutions.
Proficiency with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Proven experience in cloud-native strategies and automation, including implementing automation tools and frameworks for cloud environments.
Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation using text and diagrams to articulate cloud architectures.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, with a proactive approach to learning and a genuine passion for cloud technology. Capable of strategic thinking regarding business, product, and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Design technical solutions to meet team requirements and user needs.
Identify and own architectural and other technical risks.
Plan and participate in system integration activities.
Participate in the selection of platforms and technologies.
Help build and maintain technical roadmaps, looking ahead for future opportunities or blockers, and ensuring that the development team aligns with the strategy.
Contribute to solutions development by coding, testing technologies, and producing rapid prototypes.
Foster a positive culture, apply agile methods to development, and perform quality assurance practices.
Provide advice to development teams on the technical implications of current user stories and those in the backlog.
Enable the reuse of patterns, tools, and components across teams where appropriate.
Utilize architecture visualization tools to create detailed diagrams, models, and presentations that effectively communicate complex technical solutions to stakeholders and project teams.
Lead and guide offshore architecture teams in developing and implementing cloud-native microservices-based strategies and frameworks, focusing on automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) within iterative delivery life cycles.
Work closely with delivery managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget, emphasizing automated workflows, continuous integration, and seamless platform integrations.
Demonstrate adaptability, agility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving from prior experience in a startup environment
