- We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with extensive expertise in Treasury and financial data systems to design and implement innovative workflows and extend the functional capabilities of treasury applications.
- This role will involve recognizing and driving best practice adoption, communicating system capabilities to business users, and playing a key role in system configuration, gap analysis, and functional design.
- Key responsibilities will include gathering and defining requirements, configuring standard applications and modules, performing functional design, and providing user support across multiple modules and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to document business processes and requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine necessary system configurations or enhancements.
- Create detailed business requirements documents, functional design documents, test plans, and implementation guides.
- Design and implement system configurations and modifications in collaboration with internal teams and third-party providers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently while updating relevant documentation.
- Continuously refine workflows and processes using the latest technologies and best practices.
- Solve complex technical problems and engage technical resources as needed for assistance.
A Day in the Life:
- As a Solutions Architect, you will review operational metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the implementation of new workflows.
- This includes delivering design documents, developing workflows, and providing regular updates.
- The role involves consistently seeking opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Functional knowledge of system design for SaaS platforms.
- At least four years of experience working with SaaS platforms such as Kyriba
- Experience with Treasury, Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Accounting, Purchasing, Cash Management, and related systems.
- Strong knowledge of bank statement reporting, cash management, forecasting, payments, netting, In-House Banking (IHB), and financial accounting.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex system challenges.
- Experience in scoping large projects, prioritizing competing demands, and negotiating timelines.
- Experience with third-party support for issue resolution.
- Strong skills in data analysis and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
