Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM modules, entities, workflows, and business rules to align with organizational requirements.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and data access levels to ensure proper security and compliance.
  • Oversee data integration and migration, including import/export of data.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and responsiveness.
  • Support testing, deployment, and upgrades of new features into production.
  • Maintain system documentation and provide training to users and support teams.
  • Act as first-line support for Dynamics-related issues and coordinate with internal/external technical teams.
  • Lead development of solution architecture strategies, standards, and system designs for enterprise applications.
  • Conduct technical feasibility and impact analyses, perform design reviews, and ensure technical integrity.
  • Guide and supervise software architects in developing recommendations, research, and evaluations.
  • Drive adoption of new technologies within ERP/CRM, ensuring solutions fit operational frameworks.
  • Participate in proposal development, due diligence, and deal pursuits by defining winning value propositions.
  • Provide technical consulting to customers, including solution roadmaps, cost-benefit analysis, and technology adoption strategies.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, presentations, and participation in industry forums.
  • Support project control, reviews, and performance governance with focus on cost, time, and quality optimization.
  • Conduct training, mentoring, and capability development for team members.
  • Collaborate with alliance partners and act as a technical point of contact.
  • Engage in innovation activities, including beta testing, new technology evaluations, and creation of reusable assets.
  • Assist sales teams with technical workshops, proposal reviews, and project estimation.


 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong expertise in ERP/CRM platforms, particularly Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM.
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, integration, and migration.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture concepts, design patterns, tools, and principles.
  • Experience in technical feasibility analysis, design reviews, and system optimization.
  • Knowledge of APIs (SOAP, REST) and integration with external systems.
  • Proficiency with web technologies (HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery/JavaScript frameworks)
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and evaluate technical team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with clients, partners, and stakeholders.


 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Google APHTML5Is, analytics tools, and mobile development technologies.
  • Deep understanding of architecting solutions and applications on cloud infrastructures.
  • Experience with knowledge management tools, technical documentation standards, and reusable asset development.
  • Track record of contributing to white papers, industry presentations, or thought leadership forums.
  • Prior experience in project estimation, proposal development, and pre-sales support
