Key Roles & Responsibilities

Architecture Design & Development

Define, design, and implement end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.

Ensure scalability, performance, security, and integration of solutions.

Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and frameworks.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Engage with business leaders, clients, and product owners to gather requirements.

Translate business needs into technical solutions and architectural blueprints.

Present solution designs and proposals to senior stakeholders.

Technical Leadership & Governance

Provide technical leadership to development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.

Ensure adherence to architectural principles, standards, and best practices.

Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure quality assurance.

Innovation & Strategy

Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and digital transformation trends.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices.

Align solutions with long-term IT and business strategy.

Risk & Compliance Management

Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards.

Manage trade-offs between cost, time, and quality.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Create architectural documents, diagrams, and technical guidelines.

Mentor and coach project teams, ensuring knowledge transfer.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to solution and enterprise architecture.

Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.

Strong background in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with Enterprise Applications, ERP, CRM, Integration Platforms.

Proficiency in architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

Strong knowledge of DevOps, Microservices, API Management, and Security Architecture.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred
