·        12+ years of deep technical expertise in distributed transactional scale & digital architectures. 
·        Experience in building large transactional systems with a deep understanding of technical and operational challenges.
·        Should have experience with Java and related frameworks
·        Should have good experience in UI/UX like Angular, React, etc
·        Should have experience in integration and API gateways
·        Should have experience in the cloud and preferably in AWS
·        Experience in the Hospitality and Retail domain
·        Experience in Point of Sale, Barcode systems, Product catalog, Inventory, Reservation systems, Pricing, and Payments
