Solution Architect

• Architect end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere Task Bots, Meta Bots, and IQ Bots.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture.
• Design reusable BOT frameworks and components to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Lead development teams through the full automation lifecycle—from requirements to deployment and support.
• Ensure BOTs are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance.
• Integrate Automation Anywhere with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, APIs).
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automation standards.
• Stay up-to-date with platform enhancements and industry trends.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in RPA using Automation Anywhere.
• Strong hands-on experience with Task Bots, Meta Bots, and IQ Bots.
• Deep understanding of Automation Anywhere A360 platform and Control Room architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript, VBScript) and SQL.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and web services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Automation Anywhere certification (A360), is a big plus.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Familiarity with AI/ML, OCR, and intelligent document processing.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Industry experience in BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or telecom
