Responsibilities

  • Customer Workshops:
    • Conduct workshops to discuss project scope and gather requirements.
  • Functional Architecture and Documentation:
    • Create functional architecture and documentation, including functional requirements documents. Assist in creating the product backlog and grooming user stories.
  • Requirements Analysis:
    • Analyze and document all requirements within the Bank’s system.
  • Platform Expertise:
    • Apply functional expertise on the Dynamics 365 CE platform, focusing on Customer Service and Sales Modules.
  • Sprint Reviews:
    • Demonstrate features developed during sprint review meetings.
  • UAT and Training:
    • Validate UAT scripts and provide input for their creation.
    • Review training documents and provide necessary inputs.
  • Implementation Support:
    • Support the implementation team by responding to queries and providing guidance.

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service)
    • PowerApps (Model Driven, Canvas, & Custom Pages)
    • Power Automate
    • PowerBI
    • SharePoint
    • Azure DevOps
    • JavaScript, Plugins
    • HTML5, CSS, JSON, C#
  • Experience:
    • 13-15 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.
