• Develop processes and procedures for operational tasks
• Experience in Developing overall IT Design
• Understanding of complex architecture patterns and translating these into technical implementations
• Ensure internal process and documentation standards are maintained
• Identify project needs and required tasks, organize project activities
• Experience with the Agile development process
• Expertise in project and resource management, with a proven ability to assess and enhance existing applications for technical improvements
