Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership:

Guide the technical direction of a dedicated squad, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and digital strategy.

• Collaboration & Planning (60%):

Participate in planning and design meetings with Product Managers and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Hands-On Development (20%):

Contribute to codebases for mobile and web applications, focusing on proof-of-concepts, architectural patterns, and critical components.

• Mentorship (20%):

Mentor developers on best practices, code quality, and architectural principles to foster a culture of technical excellence.

• Delivery Oversight:

Ensure that architectural decisions support timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with modern web and mobile technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
