Solution Architect

Job Description:

As regards additional context, we’re looking for an experienced solution architect in the manufacturing space, ideally with HVAC industry expertise. The role requires someone who can integrate large acquisitions into Rheem’s existing systems, considering their unique requirements and customizations in areas like pricing, warranty, shipping, engineering, and PLM.

We are open to different backgrounds. If the candidate has a strong functional and solution architect focus, they should lead the solution and integration strategy. Alternatively, if the candidate has a technical background, we would expect them to manage both the technical aspects—such as integrations, reporting, data conversions, and technical architecture—and take full responsibility for the initiative’s delivery.

In short, we need two high-caliber professional who brings either solution leadership or end-to-end technical expertise and delivery capability, with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and ERP integration in complex environments. The tenure would be 1 year or longer
