• 7+ years of experience in Administrating Solarwinds Monitoring Tool on Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills for this role :

• Experience in the operations, management, support and administration of Solarwinds for Network monitoring including server and application.
• Experience with best practices for network monitoring including infrastructure and application.
• Experience with NPM, NCM , NTA, VNQM, IPAM, SAM, SRM and DPA
• Gook knowledge of SNMP based monitoring
• Experience in scripting like Ksh, Bsh, PowerShell, SQL and SWQL.
• Experience in monitoring network devices and network performance.
• Good understanding of network environmental elements such VLANs, VPN, Protocols, routing, IP address schemes, bandwidth, network devices, etc.
• Good understanding of Server, storage, application and hardware environmental elements such Windows, Linux, AIX, Hypervisor, Solaris, SQL, Oracle, DB2 etc..Good understanding of operating system such Unix/Linux and WindowsGood documentation skills
• Hands on experience with Transitions and migrations on Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure
• Basic skills on project planning and management
• Excellent communication skills and customer relationship
• Experience with ITSM and Event management tools integration such as Remedy, ServiceNowAvailability to be on call
