Software Verification Engineer

• Designing and executing test cases for cloud web applications based on requirements specifications
• Creating and maintaining traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are properly tested
• Generating test protocols based on approved test cases
• Performing thorough functional, regression, and integration testing of web applications
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution using test management tools
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Updating test documentation as requirements evolve
• Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Minimum 6+ years of experience testing applications in the medical technology industry
Demonstrated knowledge of medical device software verification processes
Experience with regulatory compliance testing for medical applications (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, or GCP) and testing cloud-native applications
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or similar)
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on web applications
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks for cloud-based applications
Experience with test case design and development for complex web applications
Proficiency in creating and maintaining requirements traceability matrices
Experience with test protocol generation and documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
