Software Testing Architect

Required Experience
•                     15+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
•                     7+ years of experience as a QA Lead with expertise in TOSCA (Tricentis) automation.
•                     Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
•                     Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation tools and frameworks.
•                     Proficiency in Tosca scripting languages (JavaScript, TSL, Python).
•                     Expertise in Web, API, and database testing using Tosca.
•                     Experience integrating Jira with Tosca for automated bug reporting.
•                     Familiarity with generating test reports and customer reporting options.
•                     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•                     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•                     Experience leading and mentoring teams.
•                     Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and advanced testing techniques.
•                     Familiarity with data warehousing and big data technologies.
•                     Understanding of systems security best practices and data privacy laws.
•                     Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
•                     Provide data and reporting of KPIs and trends to IT Management and others.
•                     Review and maintain daily staff utilization.
•                     Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred
•                     Agile/Scrum methodology certifications or related experience.
•                     Exposure and understanding of SAP S/4 & ECC data structures and capabilities.
